Amy Wilson
Pilates Instructor
Amy has been teaching Pilates since 2019 across multiple studios in the DFW area. She began as a sales associate at Club Pilates Highland Village and quickly realized how exceptional Pilates can be. She has a strong belief that Pilates can change people’s lives for the better, and she is happy to be a catalyst for individuals to start their Pilates journey. Amy’s love for Pilates grew after hearing client’s testimonies and witnessing their progress and being empowered by the instructors in the classes she took. She completed the 500 hour Teacher Training program through Club Pilates, and became a Lead Instructor for two studios in Dallas. Along with teaching group classes, she has taught private lessons for clients with specific needs like regaining balance after having a stroke and improving mobility and flexibility in athletes.
Amy is happy when she is teaching, working out, or cuddled up with her dog and boyfriend watching any kind of history documentary.
