Networks: Why so few?
People frequently ask why we are out of network with some insurance companies. The purpose of founding Synergy Physical Therapy and Pilates was to ensure quality care that will restore the body in a holistic approach. In order to accomplish that it is imperative treatment be done one on one with a PT for the entire hour session. Unfortunately most insurance companies reimburse private practice physical therapy clinics so poorly that we would be unable to uphold our quality and mission to serve the community to the best of our ability and devote our time to the patient/client.
At Synergy, you will be given the cost per session upfront and you will know what to expect. We also will gladly assist you in submitting claims for out of network policies as well as HSA's. Please do not hesitate to ask questions about your policy, even if it is out of network we can detail your benefits for you and help to create a plan of care that is affordable and works for you!
