Dana Helstowski, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Pilates Instructor 
Clinic Owner

Dana Helstowski received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2013 and her undergraduate degree in Health, Exercise and Sport Sciences from Texas Tech University. Following her graduation, she completed certification as a Pilates Instructor through Polestar Pilates. Dana also received Integrative Dry Needling certification for pain management and performance enhancement. She takes a special interest in treating conditions related to the spine and orthopedic conditions.
Dana knew she wanted to be a physical therapist as a young competitive gymnast when she sustained many serious injuries over the years.  But thanks to Physical Therapy, she was able to fully recover from these injuries. Her life experiences enable her to provide compassionate and complete care for her patients.   Dana's goals when she started her own practice were to provide a comfortable, one-on-one, specialized physical therapy session for each patient. She also developed a Pilates-based physical therapy treatment program.
Dana enjoys exercising, Pilates and training for half-marathons.  She especially enjoys spending time with her husband Doug, two sons Declan and Dylan and their golden-doodles Layla and Dex.

Lyndsy Nevitt, PT, DPT 
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Pilates Instructor

Lyndsy received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 2012. She earned her Bachelor degree in Health Science Studies from Baylor University on a track scholarship. Upon receiving her doctorate, Lyndsy pursued an advanced Pilates based Rehab certification through Polestar Pilates. She also completed an advanced manual therapy certification program through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). She then earned an advanced certification for Dry Needling through the Integrative Dry Needling institute in the spring of 2021.

Lyndsy has always had a passion for outpatient orthopedic care with an emphasis in sports medicine as she can relate to athletes on all levels. Lyndsy is a compassionate therapist and strives to insure quality, individualized care in order to help patients achieve their physical goals.

Lyndsy enjoys running, pilates and all outdoor activities. She also enjoys cooking, traveling and especially spending time with her husband Austin and daughter Kennedy.

Alyssa McCullough, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Pilates Instructor

Alyssa received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 2014 and her bachelor degree in Kinesiology and Biology from Penn State University. Alyssa started her career in Philadelphia at an outpatient orthopedic clinic with special interest in the foot and ankle as well as the dance population. She completed her Pilates based rehab certification through Polestar Pilates and LSVT BIG certification during her time in Philadelphia.

In 2019 Alyssa moved to Dallas, Texas and continued to grow as a clinician becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist and a Certified Exercise Specialist for Pregnancy and Postpartum. She also completed her Dry Needling Certification through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy in 2022.

Alyssa enjoys working out and spending time with her partner Dan and their Corgi Ralph.

Chelsea Hoelsher, PT, DPT​
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Pilates Instructor

Chelsea is a native Texan who received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2015 and her Bachelor Degree in Health Promotion and Education from Oklahoma State University. Since graduating she has earned her Manual Therapy Certification from OPTIM in 2021 and her running specialist certification in 2021. Chelsea has a passion for the outpatient orthopedic population and enjoys helping patients return to what they enjoy doing and achieving their goals. She has a strong background with orthopedic injuries both surgical and non-surgical. She continues to explore opportunities to grow and better serve her patient community through advanced skill development and continuing education.

Chelsea enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with friends and family especially her husband, Dillon, and daughter, Sage.

Christian Steincamp, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Pilates Instructor

Christian earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University in 2020 after relocating to Dallas from Louisiana. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Louisiana State University - Shreveport in 2014. Driven by a passion for her field, Christian is committed to providing exceptional care by continually expanding her knowledge. Since earning her DPT, she has become a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, a Certified Pilates Instructor, and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. She also has a growing interest in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.

When she's not working, you can find Christian enjoying a coffee at a local cafe, walking along the Katy Trail, or traveling to a new city.

Amy Wilson
Pilates Instructor

Amy has been teaching Pilates since 2019 across multiple studios in the DFW area. She began as a sales associate at Club Pilates Highland Village and quickly realized how exceptional Pilates can be.  She has a strong belief that Pilates can change people’s lives for the better, and she is happy to be a catalyst for individuals to start their Pilates journey. Amy’s love for Pilates grew after hearing client’s testimonies and witnessing their progress and being empowered by the instructors in the classes she took. She completed the 500 hour Teacher Training program through Club Pilates, and became a Lead Instructor for two studios in Dallas. Along with teaching group classes, she has taught private lessons for clients with specific needs like regaining balance after having a stroke and improving mobility and flexibility in athletes.

Amy is happy when she is teaching, working out, or cuddled up with her dog and boyfriend watching any kind of history documentary.
